Q. Can I cancel my order?
You will be able to cancel your order without payment.
The cancellation can be made on the “my order” page.
After the order has been confirmed you will not have access to cancellation. You must contact Customer Service.
Q. How do I keep my personal information secure?
All web transactions are processed online in a secure online environment that encrypts your card data in a more secure environment.
To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, easy and secure, Skuterzone uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts and protects all data sent over the Internet.
If SSL is enabled, you will notice that when you look at the web address (URL) at the top of the browser, you will see that it begins with ‘https:’ instead of ‘http:’. That means you are in safe mode

Q. How do I place my order?
Use the Product options at the top of the web page to find what you are looking for. You can also shop using keywords in the toolbar at the top of the page.
2. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, select the color, model and quantity. You can then ADD TO CART with the button below each item.
3. Review the items you have already selected and that are in your CART by clicking on the icon at the top right of the web page.
4. Once you are in YOUR CART you can edit the items you wish to purchase. If you are still not sure, you also have the option to save them in your wish list with heart icon.
5. If you are satisfied with the items in your bag, you can accept the terms and conditions. Once you have done this, you can click the Proceed to Checkout button to complete your order.
Q. I entered my discount coupon and it does not work
First of all, in order to receive your welcome code, you have to subscribe for the first time to our newsletter, if you have been subscribed before and for whatever reason you cancelled your subscription, but you subscribe again, please note that you will not receive your welcome code, if you have already received your welcome code, but it does not work, please check the following points:
1.The value of your order must be above the minimum order value according to the rules of each promotion.
You must use your code within 30 days of receiving it.if you meet these terms and conditions, and your code still does not work, we recommend using another browser, preferably Google Chrome and/or an incognito tab.this is due to cookies and cache that have not been updated or accepted, so we also recommend clearing these and accepting them before using your code.
On the other hand, if you have not yet received the welcome email with your code, we suggest that you wait up to 24 hours from the time you subscribed and check your spam or junk mail folder.
Q. How do I add a discount coupon to my order?
Your discount coupon must be added to your shopping cart page before payment is processed. You will find a box, “APPLY COUPON”, where you will have to enter your code. Once you have added your code, click APPLY.
Once the code has been added to your order, you will see the promotion code and your order total change to reflect the code.
Please note that we cannot refund any discount if you have forgotten to enter the code in the checkout process. If you have a shipping promotion code, that code must be entered on the cesca page prior to checkout and the correct shipping method must be selected in the checkout process.
Q. I have problems when I try to register an account
Here are some things to consider when registering an account:
- E-mail: Entering may cause an error. Please enter your email address with ¨@¨¨
- Password. It must contain between 8 and 20 characters. It must contain a combination of numbers, letters and symbols. Weak passwords are not allowed.
