Welcome all customers to Skuterzone 2.0, as of December 2022 we start this new website, this article is a user manual for wholesale customers.

Due to major interface changes and the release of more features, the skuterzone team wrote this user manual to help you use this new site.

1 Account

  1. Registration of a new user account: To register a wholesaler account for a new user after December 2022, you must enter in the menu bar

    Become a distributor
    to apply, and you must complete an application form, including name, VAT number, company name, email, etc. It is worth noting that the password will also be completed on the application form. This will become the password used to log in to the account later, save it.
  2. Customer login already has an account: users before December 2022 can click on
    My Account
    or the little man icon at the top of the page to enter the login interface. Due to the website migration, the password will be reset. However, personal information and e-mail addresses will be retained. Therefore, you can log in using your e-mail address and the initial password is 8888888. We recommend changing the password.

2 Purchase

1 Price: The biggest change is the change in the price of the product. Previously, to protect the prices of wholesale customers, the price display was hidden when not logged in. The retail price is now displayed when not logged in. For wholesale customers, after logging into the professional account, the price will be displayed as the wholesale price, including taxes as usual. It is convenient and best to calculate profits when selling products for profit.

Skuterzone will always maintain the best price. Please contact us for the latest version of the quotation sheet.

2 Quantity discount: We have adopted a quantity discount policy for the most consumed products and those needed for daily repairs. This function is found on the pages of some specific products, if the purchase reaches a certain amount, the unit price of the product will be reduced to obtain the highest discount.

3 Convenient shopping: to solve the problem of complicated ordering and wasting time, we launched the shopping list function, which allows you to buy all the products you need on the same page through the deferred loading technology without turning the page. The time required for shopping is considerably shortened. This function can be accessed from the drop down menu

4 We will continue to choose Correosexpress and MRW for fast and high quality logistics services, and all shipment tracking will be shown in the order details. You can get the logistics information through the tracking number.

3 Payment

We will launch more complete payment methods in December.

1 Payment by traditional wire transfer: The transfer information remains unchanged.

The transfer receipt can be sent to whatsapp or uploaded to the order interface. Once we receive the transfer receipt, our team will process the order and ship it within 24 hours (business days).

2 Card payment: through Redsys’ secure and convenient payment method, bank card payment has become a reality at Skuterzone (estimated performance date, Christmas).

4 Invoice

All invoices can now be downloaded electronically directly through the web. View

to check the status of your order and download the corresponding invoice. You can also ask customer service to send you the electronic version. We will no longer send paper invoices unless required, indicated in comments or by contacting customer service.

We have launched a new customer program ¨Skuter PLUS¨, which will allow us to be closer to you and get persistent discounts.

The Skuter PLUS:

Infinity Level: Applicable to historical purchases over 3000€. Benefits: 4% permanent discount, 24h customer service, negotiable price, gifts.

Platinum Level: Applicable to customers whose historical purchase amount exceeds 2000€, or the accumulated order reaches 15 orders. Benefits: 3% permanent discount, 24h customer service, gifts.

Gold Level: Applicable to customers whose historical purchase amount exceeds 1000€, or the accumulated order reaches 10 orders. Benefits: 2% permanent discount, 24h customer service.

Silver Level: Applicable to customers whose purchase amount exceeds 500€, or the accumulated order reaches 5 orders. Benefits: 1% permanent discount

All historical orders will be taken into account and a corresponding discount code will be assigned.

5 Return

Returned products will be classified as: Quality problem, Purchase error and I don’t need it.

1 For products with quality problems, please inform customer service about the product and order, and we will pick up the products. The amount will be refunded upon confirmation of receipt.

2 The wrong product, reasoning that the product was incompatible, or a wrong purchase. For this type of return, we will charge a return fee of €3.9, which will be deducted from the amount of the return. The amount will be refunded upon confirmation of receipt.

3 I do not need the product, to return it without reason after purchase, we will charge you a return fee of 3,9€. Deducted from the reimbursement amount. The amount will be refunded upon confirmation of receipt.

The method of reimbursement is the original method of payment. If you need to obtain a refund through coupons, please contact customer service.
