HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The delivery time for orders is 24-48 working hours from the time the order is placed (this delivery time is only for peninsular shipments; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). All shipments will be made by Correos Express, MRW or other designated carriers. If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know. Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear in the summary of your purchase. Expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:
Spain (peninsula): 4,5€ tax incl.
Balearic Islands : From 11€(0-8kg), 18€(8-18kg), 28€(18kg-35kg)
Shipping costs will be free on purchases over 100€ (only for peninsular shipments; Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).
For orders to the Balearic Islands shipping costs will be free on purchases over 200€.
Can I request shipment of an order outside of Spain?
We currently ship to some European countries such as Portugal, Italy and France. Please contact our staff at +34 621 089 019 for further details.
¿ How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by visiting ¨My account¨- ¨My order¨.
However, for all orders, we will send you an email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after receiving this shipping confirmation email for your order tracking link to be activated.
On the other hand, on the order page you will find a tracking number, this is the tracking number of the logistics company which you can use to track your order directly from their official website.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address you provided or to one of the carrier’s offices. After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded minus the cost of returning the package.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If after 5 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please contact us via email: info@skuterzone.com or Whatsapp: +34 621 089 019.
Return
For purchases made in Skuterzone you will have 30 days to return the items from the day you made the purchase.
Skuterzone will only bear the cost of return shipping if the material to be returned is defective in manufacturing or warranty.
Skuterzone will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the material to be returned has suffered modifications, breakage, is in poor condition, does not have original packaging or has been ordered by mistake by the customer.
Please note that in this case, the amount of 3.95 EUR (return costs) will be deducted from the total refund to be returned.
The reimbursement procedure will be carried out after confirmation of receipt.
There are 2 forms of reimbursement:
1. Refund by the original method of payment. It will be processed by the bank and may take 3 to 5 days.
2. Generate a coupon for the next payment. If you choose this method, please contact customer service.
How do I return my Skuterzone order?
1 Access to the Returns process.
Please click on the link below to access the returns portal and register the item(s) you wish to return from your order. You will be able to select the reason for the returned item(s) and we will use those comments to improve our products. Once you have registered your return, our customer service will generate the return label.

Please note that there is a 3.95 EUR charge for returns. Skuterzone will only accept returns that are within 30 days of receipt of the items.
2 Packaging of returned items.
Please ensure that the item(s) are in saleable condition and that the returned package does not contain items that are not eligible for return. And inform customer service of the size and weight of the package.
3. Print the prepaid return label.
Please print the generated return label and packing slip (last sheet of the pdf document). Include the packing slip inside the package and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your package. To avoid delays, please remove or cover the original shipping address label.
4. Waiting for the messenger to arrive
A courier will come to pick up the goods later. The company you belong to must be consistent with the label.
5 Your return package is on its way!
To track your return you must indicate the tracking number that you will find on the return receipt.
6 Your refund is processed.
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be made to the original method of payment. If it is a credit/debit card, please allow up to 3-5 business days from receipt of confirmation email. If by PayPal, please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to show in your account.
If you would like a refund in the form of gift cards and coupons, please contact customer service.
Please note that the amount of 3.95 EUR (return costs) will be deducted from the total refund to be returned.
Order cancellation
- In case the order has not been paid, you can cancel it in “My order”.
- In the case of not shipped, you can contact customer service to cancel.
- Once the order has been shipped, it will enter the return process.
